锌离子对聚乳酸结晶和热性能的影响(英文)

【摘要】 本文发现了Zn(Ⅱ)离于掺杂可以加快聚乳酸的结晶过程.测试了三种Zn(Ⅱ)盐(ZnCl2、ZnSt和ZnOAc),并与其它离子Mg(Ⅱ)和Ca(Ⅱ)进行对照.FT-IR以及变温拉曼光谱分析发现,经Zn(Ⅱ)离子掺杂后,聚乳酸的结晶度和结晶速率均增加,差示扫描量热技术以及X射线衍射分析也进一步证实.差示扫描量热技术测定PLA/ZnSt-0.4 wt%材料的结晶率达到22.46%,PLA/ZnOAc-0.4wt%材料的结晶率达到24.83%.

【Abstract】 The issues of low crystallinity and slow crystallization rate of poly(lactic acid)(PLA) have been widely addressed. In this work, we find that doping PLA with Zn(Ⅱ)ions can speed up the process of crystallization of PLA. Three kinds of Zn(Ⅱ) salts(Zn Cl2, Zn St and Zn OAc) were tested in comparison with some other ions such as Mg(Ⅱ) and Ca(Ⅱ). The increased crystallinity and crystallization rate of PLA doping with Zn(Ⅱ) are reflected in FT-IR and variable temperature Raman spectroscopy. The crystallinity is further confirmed or measured with differential scanning calorimetry and X-ray diffraction. The crystallinity rate of the PLA/Zn St-0.4 wt% material can reach 22.46% and the crystallinity rate of the PLA/Zn OAc-0.4 wt% material can reach 24.83%, as measured with differential scanning calorimetry.
