容量法测定硫酸羟胺反应液与产品中硫酸根的含量
Determination of Sulfate Content in Hydroxylamine Sulfate Reaction Solution and Product by Volumetric Method
【摘要】 在弱酸性条件下,先用过量的氯化钡将溶液中的硫酸根完全沉淀,用甲基百里香酚蓝作指示剂、乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA)标准滴定溶液返滴定过量的氯化钡。结果表明,对相关共存物的选择性良好,适用于样品中硫酸根的质量范围为0.01~0.15 g的分析,硫酸羟胺反应液和产品中硫酸根的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为0.9%,0.2%(n=6)。该方法操作简便、准确度高、重复性好、检测速度快,对硫酸羟胺的质量控制与生产工艺的参数控制具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 Under weak acidic condition, excess barium chloride solution was added to precipitate sulfate completely, and then methyl phenol blue was used as indicator after the filtration and washing of the precipitate, and excessive barium chloride was titrated with ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid disodium salt(EDTA) standard titration solution. The results showed that this method displayed good selectivity to the related coexistent substances. The method is suitable for the samples with sulfate content in the mass range of 0.01~0.15 g. The relative standard deviation(RSD) of sulfate content in hydroxylamine sulfate reaction solution and product were 0.9% and 0.2%, respectively(n=6). The results were consistent with those of gravimetric method, and showed good accuracy. The method is easy to operate, accurate, repeatable and fast, therefore the method was of high importance for quality control of hydroxylamine sulfate and parameter control in its production processes.
