白藜芦醇衍生物抗肿瘤活性研究进展
Research Progress in Antitumor Activity of Resveratrol Derivatives
【摘要】 白藜芦醇是一种天然多酚类化合物。研究表明,白藜芦醇具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗炎、神经系统保护和心血管系统保护等生物活性,具有潜在的药用价值。然而,白藜芦醇化学稳定性差、生物利用度低等缺点限制了它在药物应用方面的发展。通过合成白藜芦醇衍生物或类似物来改善其化学稳定性或药理活性是白藜芦醇的重要研究方向之一。对近年来白藜芦醇衍生物与类似物的研究进展进行综述,旨在为白藜芦醇的临床药物研究提供参考。
【Abstract】 Resveratrol is a natural non-flavonoid polyphenol compound. It has been shown that resveratrol has anti-tumor, anti-oxidation, anti-inflammatory, nervous system protection and cardiovascular system protection and other biological activities, and has potential medicinal value. However, its poor chemical stability and low bioavailability limit its development in drug applications. The synthesis of resveratrol derivatives or analogues to improve their chemical stability or pharmacological activity is one of the important research directions of resveratrol. The recent advances in resveratrol derivatives and analogues in order to provide a scientific and reliable basis for the clinical drug research of resveratrol.
