花生壳对水中Mn2+的吸附特性

【摘要】 为了探究花生壳作为吸附剂处理含锰废水的可行性和寻求农业废弃物花生壳资源化利用的新途径,研究了花生壳对水中Mn2+的吸附特性。结果表明,在较优条件下(花生壳投料量6.0g·L-1、pH值为6.97、温度40℃、时间40min和Mn2+初始浓度16.25mg·L-1),Mn2+去除率可达60%以上。花生壳对Mn2+吸附过程符合准二级反应动力学模型,符合Langmuir等温吸附方程。吸附过程ΔG0小于0,该吸附过程是自发过程。

【Abstract】 In order to explore the feasibility of peanut shell as an adsorbent for the treatment of Mn2+in wastewater and to seek a new way for the utilization of agricultural waste peanut shell, the adsorption characteristics of Mn2+onto peanut shell in water were studied. The results showed that the removal rate of Mn2+could reach more than 60%when the dosage of peanut shell was 6.0 g·L-1, the pH value was 6.97, the temperature was 40℃, the time was 40 min and the initial concentration of Mn2+was 16.25 mg·L-1. The data of adsorption process showed better agreement with second-order-kinetics and Langmuir isotherm, and the adsorption process is spontaneous process with ΔG0<0.
