甲醇制丙烯过程研究进展
Recent Advances of the Methanol to Propylene Reaction
【摘要】 甲醇制丙烯反应(MTP)是通过非原油路径获得大宗化学品丙烯的一个有效途径,无论是着眼于后石油时代的来临,还是我国多煤贫油少气的资源分布特点,以甲醇作为平台分子制取丙烯都是具有很大发展前景的反应过程。本文从三个方面综述了MTP反应过程的研究进展:1)分子筛的拓扑结构对反应活性中间体和产物扩散的影响;2)酸中心的类型、数量、强度以及酸中心的分布对MTP反应双循环路径的选择性控制;3)温度、空速、共进料等工艺条件对反应的影响。
【Abstract】 Methanol to propylene reaction(MTP) is one of the most effective ways to get propylene from non-oil resources. With the consideration of the coming post-oil era and our country’s resources distribution characteristic with more coal, less oil and gas, using methanol as a platform molecular to acquire propylene is of great prosperous. This review presented some researchers’ work to improve the performance of the MTP reaction from three different perspectives: effect of the catalysts’ topology on the choice of active intermediates and the diffusion of products; acid properties like the acid types, amount, strength and location controlling the dual-cycle path; process conditions’ effect on the reaction.
