气相色谱法测定吴茱萸中3种挥发性成分

【摘要】 建立气相色谱法测定吴茱萸中罗勒烯、柠檬烯、α-蒎烯3种挥发性成分含量的分析方法。采用气相色谱–质谱法鉴别吴茱萸中主要的挥发性成分种类,然后选择水蒸气蒸馏法提取吴茱萸药材中的挥发油,再以火焰离子化(FID)检测器测定吴茱萸中3种挥发性成分的含量,并对不同产地的药材进行聚类分析,考察吴茱萸中3种挥发性成分含量与产地的关系。3种挥发性成分在各自的质量浓度范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限为1.6~2.0 μg/mL。3种挥发性成分的样品加标回收率为92.6%~103.2%,测定结果的相对标准偏差均小于5%(n=6)。吴茱萸中具有多种挥发性成分,且不同来源的吴茱萸中α-蒎烯、柠檬烯及罗勒烯含量差异较大,聚类分析表明产地对吴茱萸中挥发性成分含量具有较大的相关性,对吴茱萸质量的均一性有影响。

【Abstract】 A gas chromatographic method was established for the determination of three volatile components in Evodia rutaecarpa,including α-pinene,limonene and basilene.The main volatile components in Evodia rutaecarpa were identified by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry.The volatile oil in Evodia rutaecarpa was extracted by steam distillation,and then the contents of three volatile components in Evodia rutaecarpa were determined by flame ionization detector(FID) detector.The relationship between the content of three volatile components in Evodia rutaecarpa and the origin was investigated by cluster analysis.The three volatile components have good linear relationships with the chromatographic peak area within their respective mass concentration range,the correlation coefficients were more than 0.999,and the detection limits were 1.6–2.0 μg/mL.The recoveries of the three volatile components were 92.6%–103.2%,and the relative standard deviation of the determination results was less than 5%(n=6).Evodia rutaecarpa had many volatile components,and α-The contents of pinene,limonene and basilene in Evodia rutaecarpa from different sources vary greatly.Cluster analysis showed that the origin had a great correlation with the content of volatile components in Evodia rutaecarpa,and had an impact on the quality uniformity of Evodia rutaecarpa.
