【摘要】 系统地解读了GPS、Galileo和GLONASS卫星导航系统主管部门在第11届中国卫星导航年会所做的大会报告,包括各大系统的星座部署、系统状态、定位精度、信号精度、星基增强以及系统发展等内容。分析并提出配置激光星间链路、提供安全可信导航服务、细分民用导航信号、导航与通信业务融合以及建设弹性系统是下一代卫星导航系统的5项发展趋势。结合当前卫星导航系统的热点,文章还给出了保证北斗三号卫星导航系统稳定可靠运行以及保持北斗卫星导航系统先进性的5点建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The conference reports presented by the authority of GPS,Galileo and GLONASS at the 11 th Annual China Satellite Navigation Conference are interpreted systematically in this paper. The information of constellation deployment, system status, positioning accuracy, signal in space accuracy, satellite-based augmentation, and system future development are given by the conference reports. This paper analyzes and proposes that the configuration of laser cross link, providing safe and trustworthy PNT service, subdividing civil navigation signal, navigation and communication fusion, and developing the resilient satellite navigation system are the five development trends of next generation GNSS. Combined with the latest research hot issues in GNSS, five suggestions to ensure the stable operation of the BDS-3 and the advanced characteristics of the next generation of BDS are proposed in this paper.更多还原
