全空域太空目标电磁环境探测与监视的需求分析
Requirement analyzing of electromagnetic environment detected and watched for space target in all space
【摘要】 从全空域、太空目标、电磁环境等概念出发,提出了全空域太空目标电磁环境探测与监视的概念定义,介绍了目前的太空频谱管理的平台与规制,在此基础上,分析了目前低轨巨型星座的爆发式发展带来的太空频率资源争夺日趋激烈的发展态势,以美国的主要装备为例,对全空域太空目标电磁环境所涉及的主要目标的频谱特性作梳理和归类,重点分析、提出了发展全空域太空目标电磁环境探测与监视系统的任务及能力需求,对开发相关系统具有参考价值。
【Abstract】 The concept of electromagnetic environment detectior and surveillarce for space targets in all space is defined. The platforms and rules of electromagnetic spectrum management are introduced. The increasingly fierce competition for space spectrum resources caused by the explosive development detection of low orbit giant constellation is analyzed. Taking American equipment as an example,it’s hackled and classified that the spectrum characteristic electromagnetic environment for space target in all space. It is advanced the requirement of mission which system of electromagnetic environment detected and watched for space target in all space. It is to table some proposals for follow-up research.
