2024/6061异种铝合金搅拌摩擦连接区性能分析

【摘要】 利用搅拌摩擦连接技术对2024/6061异质铝合金进行连接,分析不同的搅拌头旋转速度和搅拌头前进速度比值变化对连接区性能的影响规律。结果显示当搅拌头旋转速度一定的情况下,随着搅拌头旋转速度与前进速度比值的降低其连接区域的金相组织融合度降低,且靠近2024铝合金交界区域金属塑化变形严重,而靠近6061铝合金边交界区域金属塑性变形程度低;各试样的连接区域硬度均比2024铝合金硬度低,但比6061铝合金硬度高;各试样的抗拉强度均比两母材低,但断裂形状一样,呈45°角剪切状。

【Abstract】 In this paper, friction stir joint technology is used to joint 2024/6061 heterogeneous aluminum alloy, and the influence of different tool rotation speed and tool forward speed ratio on the performance of the joint is analyzed. The results show that when the rotating speed of the tool is constant, the degree of microstructure fusion decreases with the decrease of the ratio of the rotating speed to the forward speed, and the plastic deformation of the metal near the interface area of 2024 aluminum alloy is noticeable. But the plastic deformation of the metal near the interface area of 6061 aluminum alloy is low. The hardness of the jointing region of each sample is lower than 2024 aluminum alloy, but higher than 6061 aluminum alloy; The tensile strength of each sample is lower than that of the two base metals,and the fracture shape is the same, which is shear at an angle of 45°.
