【摘要】 相较于本科院校学生,高职院校大学生可能面对着更多来自心理、生理、环境的变化,承受着更大压力,更容易产生自卑、孤僻、自我、敏感、焦虑、悲观、厌学等心理问题,影响其健康成长和发展成才。探索当前高职院校大学生的心理健康状况,了解其心理问题产生的根源,发现约三分之一高职院校大学生存在心理问题,主要表现在强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁等方面。从遗传和先天因素、成长环境因素、创伤经历因素等三方面探析高职院校大学生心理问题成因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Compared with undergraduate students,college students are more likely facing pressure,it is more prone to psychological problems such as inferiority complex,isolation,self-esteem,sensitivity,anxiety,pessimism and weariness of learning,which have moreimpact on their healthy growth and development. This research explores the current mental health status of college students in vocational colleges and understands the root causes of their psychological problems. It is found that about one-third of college students in vocational colleges have psychological problems,which are mainly manifested in obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,etc. By exploring the causes of psychological problems in higher vocational colleges,we found three aspects: heredity and congenital factors,growth environment factors,and trauma experience factors,analyze the causes of college students’ psychological problems in higher vocational colleges,explore college students’ psychological problems in Higher Vocational Colleges.更多还原
