【摘要】 当下地方高校实验室主要采取的是以"人治"为主的"自管理"模式,存在安全意识淡薄、管理有效性欠缺、信息共享缺失和管理人员不足等问题,不利于开展高质量的教学和科研活动,亦存在极大的实验室安全隐患。鉴于此,提出了一套完备的信息化质量管理新模式,从实验室质量管理体系和信息化管理出发,构建以标准化体系和过程化管理为一体的质量保障体系,同时完善信息化实验室的安全、设备、标准、教学及科研模块,形成地方高校重点实验室管理的新模式,旨在提高地方高校重点实验室管理水平,以充分保障教研质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays,self-management system centered on the rule of men is widely used in local colleges and universities. This kind of management system has such problems as poor safety awareness, ineffectiveness in management, lack of information sharing and shortage of laboratory managers, which will hinder the high-quality teaching and scientific research and cause potential safety hazard in the laboratory.This paper puts forward a new informatization quality management system to establish a quality assurance system integrating standardization system and process management on the basis of laboratory quality management system and informatization management. Additionally, safety, equipment, standard, teaching and scientific research modules have been perfected to build a new key laboratory management pattern of local universities, aiming at helping improve the laboratory management ability and guarantee the quality of the teaching and scientific research of key laboratories of local universities.更多还原
