基于nCode DesignLife的压缩机连杆疲劳寿命分析

【摘要】 压缩机连杆是连接曲轴和活塞的重要零件,可以将电机作用在曲轴上的力矩传递给活塞销及活塞,并将曲轴的旋转运动转换为活塞的往复直线运动,承受着交变复杂应力。疲劳损伤是其常见的失效形式之一。针对机械零部件的耐久寿命评估存在试验周期长、费用高的问题,在理论分析和疲劳强度校核的基础上,采用nCode DesignLife软件对压缩机连杆进行疲劳寿命分析。结果表明,连杆在工作过程中具有一定的抗疲劳破坏能力,能够满足压缩机工作可靠性的要求,验证了连杆设计的合理性。

【Abstract】 The connecting rod, an important part connecting crankshaft and piston in the compressor, transfers the torque of the motor acting on the crankshaft to the piston pin and piston and converts the rotary motion of the crankshaft into the reciprocating linear motion of the piston. The fatigue failure is a common failure mode because it bears complex alternating stress. In view of such problems as the long test period and high cost in service life evaluation of mechanical components, the fatigue life analysis of compressor connecting rod is carried out by nCode DesignLife software on the basis of theoretical analysis and fatigue check. The results show that the connecting rod has a certain ability of anti-fatigue damage in the working process, which can satisfy the working reliability of the compressor and verify the rationality of the design of the connecting rod.
