磺化聚苯并咪唑-聚醚砜高温复合质子交换膜的制备及性能研究

【摘要】 采用微波合成法快速、简便地合成磺化聚苯并咪唑(SPBI),并用傅利叶红外光谱(FT-IR)和核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)对其结构进行了表征。利用溶液成膜法将合成的SPBI与聚醚砜(PES)共混制备了一种高温质子交换膜燃料电池(HT-PEMFCs)用SPBI-PES膜,该膜没有表现出明显的相分离,与单独的SPBI膜相比,具有更好的成膜性、热稳定性、抗自由基氧化性及尺寸稳定性。当磷酸(PA)掺杂量为10.15%时,在160℃未加湿条件下,SPBI-PES膜的质子传导率为79.9mS·cm-1。以未加湿的氢气和氧气做燃料,在150℃下燃料电池单电池测试,开路电压为0.95V,最高功率密度为0.191W·cm-2

【Abstract】 SPBI was fast synthesized by a microwave synthesis method with simple operation and the structure was confirmed by FT-IR and 1H NMR spectra. And then a novel sulfonated polybenzimidazole(SPBI) with polyethersulfone(PES) blend membrane was successfully prepared by solution casting method without obvious phase saparation for high temperature proton exchange membrane fuel cells(HT-PEMFCs), and showed better film forming ability, thermal stability,radical oxidative stability and dimensional stability than that of pristine SPBI membrane. The SPBI-PES blend membrane with the phosphoric acid(PA) doping content of 10.15% exhibited a proton conductivity of 79.9mS·cm-1 at 160℃ without humidity. Fuel cell tests showed an open circuit voltage as high as 0.95V and a peak power density of 0.191W·cm-2 at 150℃ with unhumidified hydrogen and oxygen.
