PVC压延膜耐老化性能研究
Study on Aging Resistance of PVC Calendered Film
【摘要】 聚氯乙烯(PVC)是一种重要的合成树脂,被广泛用于各个领域。然而,PVC易老化,这不仅会导致产品变色,还会使其力学性能下降。针对上述问题,受阻胺光稳定剂聚[[6-[(1,1,3,3-四甲基丁基)氨基]-S-三嗪-2,4-][(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)亚氨基]]六甲基烯[(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基)亚氨基](C944)、紫外线吸收剂2-[2-羟基-3,5-二(1,1-二甲基丙基苯基)]-2H-苯并三唑(UV-328)、锐钛型二氧化钛(TiO2(A))以及上述有机物和无机物的复配物,作为添加剂来提高PVC的耐老化性能。研究结果发现,单独添加C944和UV-328都能提高PVC的耐老化性能,但有机物和无机物复配物的添加可以更好地提高PVC耐老化性能,其耐老化性能顺序为:PVC/12.5%TiO2(A)/2.5%C944好于PVC/4%C944,而PVC/4%C944好于PVC/4%UV-328。
【Abstract】 Polyvinyl chloride(PVC) is an important synthetic resin, it has been widely used in various fields. However, PVC is prone to aging, which will not only cause discoloration of the product, but also decrease its mechanical properties. In this paper,using the hindered amine light stabilizer poly [[6-[(1,1,3,3-tetramethylbutyl) amino]-S-triazine-2,4-diyl] [(2,2,6,6-Tetramethyl-4-piperidinyl)imino])hexamethylene[(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinyl)imino](C944), ultraviolet absorbent 2-[2-hydroxy-3,5-bis(1,1-dimethylpropylphenyl)]-2 H-benzotriazole(UV-328), anatase titanium dioxide(TiO2(A)) and the above-mentioned compounds in different proportions as additives to improve the aging resistance of PVC. It was found that the addition of C944 and UV-328 can improve the aging resistance of PVC, but the addition of organic and inorganic compounds can better improve the aging resistance of PVC, and the order is as follows: PVC/12.5%TiO2(A)/2.5%C944, PVC/4%C944 and PVC/4%UV-328.
