SLS高分子烧结件熔模铸造过程毒害性的研究

【摘要】 选择性激光烧结技术(SLS)是一种快速成型技术,由于其精度高、易成型复杂件、工艺简单,受到了广大学者的青睐,近年来对SLS技术的深入研究,促使大量高分子材料被运用到该技术中来。文中对当下常用于SLS的高分子材料进行了介绍,并对运用SLS技术烧结的高分子成型件在熔模铸造时的挥发物进行分析,探究烧结件在熔模铸造过程中产生的气体挥发物毒害性。

【Abstract】 Selective laser sintering(SLS) is a rapid prototyping technology.Because of its high precision,easy to form complex parts and simple process,SLS is favored by many scholars.In recent years,the in-depth study of SLS technology has prompted a large number of polymer materials to be used in this technology.In this paper,the polymer materials commonly used in SLS was introduced,and the volatiles of polymer molding parts sintered by SLS technology in investment casting was analyzed to explore the toxicity of volatiles produced in investment casting.
