【摘要】 目的:观察针刀联合康复训练对早中期股骨头坏死患者髋关节功能及生存质量的影响。方法:选取2016年1月至2019年12月本院收治的早中期股骨头坏死患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。两组患者均给予针刀治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予康复训练。观察两组患者疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue score, VAS)、髋关节功能(Harris评分)及生存质量评分。结果:治疗组治疗3个月、6个月后VAS评分低于对照组,Harris评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗6个月后生理机能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力、社会功能、精神健康评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刀联合康复训练能减轻早中期股骨头坏死患者疼痛,改善关节活动度,提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the influence of acupotomy combined with rehabilitation training on hip function and quality of life in patients with early and middle stage femoral head necrosis.Methods: A total of 60 patients with early and middle stage femoral head necrosis treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given acupotomy, and the treatment group was additionally given rehabilitation training on this basis.Then visual analog score(VAS),hip function(Harris score) and quality of life were observed.Results: After 3 and 6 months of treatment, the VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group respectively, and the Harris score was higher than that of the control group respectively, and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment, the scores of physiological function, physical pain, general health status, energy, social function and mental health in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Acupotomy combined with rehabilitation training can reduce the pain of patients with early and middle stage femoral head necrosis, improve joint mobility and their quality of life.更多还原
