【摘要】 当归芍药散证病机为木郁克土,气郁血凝,血虚水停,脾虚湿盛,现多用于治疗痛经、妊娠阑尾炎、肝硬化腹水、慢性肾炎、肾病综合征等属于脾虚肝郁水停者。当归芍药散肝脾同治,以治肝为主;血水同调,治血为主;肝木条达,脾土得健,瘀散滞消,诸症得除。故虽当归芍药散证主症为腹痛,但临证不可拘泥于妇人腹痛之症,凡辨证为肝脾不调、血虚血瘀水停引起的疼痛皆可用之;辨证为肝脾不调、气血失和、血虚夹瘀、水湿停聚之水肿亦可用之。当归芍药散成分复杂,目前,关于其组方中的有效物质及药效关联研究还比较少。今后,需结合现代先进的技术方法和研究手段,阐明当归芍药散活性成分的多途径、多环节、多靶点作用机制,为其临床应用提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pathogenesis of Chinese Angelica and Peony Powder syndrome is wood depression restricting earth, qi stagnation and blood coagulation, blood deficiency and water retention, spleen deficiency and dampness excess.Now Chinese Angelica and Peony Powder is mostly used in dysmenorrhea, pregnancy appendicitis, cirrhotic ascites, chronic nephritis(nephrotic syndrome),etc.It can treat both liver and spleen, mainly for liver. It can regulate blood and water at the same time, mainly for blood disease.If the liver can disperse, and the spleen can function properly, blood stasis and qi stagnation will disappear.Therefore, although the main symptom of Chinese Angelica and Peony Powder is abdominal pain, the clinical symptoms should not be confined to women′s abdominal pain.It is suitable for either pain due to liver-spleen disorder, blood deficiency, blood stasis, and water retention, or edema due to liver-spleen disorder, qi-blood disharmony, blood deficiency combined with blood stasis and water retention.The components of Chinese Angelica and Peony Powder are complex.At present, there are few researches on the effective substances and pharmacodynamic correlation.In the future, it is necessary to clarify the multi-channel, multi-link and multi-target mechanism of the active ingredients of Chinese Angelica and Peony Powder in combination with modern advanced technology and research methods, so as to provide theoretical basis for its clinical application.更多还原
