【摘要】 目的:探讨养肝活血汤对酒精性肝病大鼠的影响。方法:将SD大鼠按照随机数字表法分为空白对照组、模型对照组、养肝活血汤组(12.8 g·kg^-1)、硫普罗宁钠组(60 mg·kg^-1)。检测各组大鼠血清中天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（aspartate aminotransferase,AST）、谷丙氨酸氨基转移酶（alanine aminotransfease,ALT）水平,Western Blot法检测肝脏中磷酸化的c2Jun氨基末端激酶（phosphorylation-c2 JunN2 terminalkinase,p-JNK）、白细胞介素-1β（interleukin-1β,IL-1β）和白细胞介素-6（interleukin-6,IL-6）的蛋白表达水平。结果:与空白对照组比较,模型对照组大鼠血清中AST、ALT均明显升高（P<0.05）;模型对照组大鼠肝脏中p-JNK、IL-1β、IL-6的蛋白表达水平明显增加（P<0.05）。与模型组比较,养肝活血汤组和硫普罗宁钠组大鼠血清中AST、ALT明显降低（P<0.05）,肝脏中p-JNK、IL-1β、IL-6的蛋白表达水平明显降低（P<0.05）。结论:养肝活血汤治疗酒精性肝病,能够抑制大鼠肝细胞IL-1β和IL-6的表达。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the influence of Decoction for Nourishing Liver and Promoting Blood Circulation on rats with alcoholic liver disease.Methods:SD rats were randomly divided into the blank control group,the model control group,the group of Decoction for Nourishing Liver and Promoting Blood Circulation(12.8 g·kg^-1),and the tiopronin sodium group(60 mg·kg^-1),with 30 rats in each group.According to the daily dosage of adults in clinical use,the dose is 7 times that of adults.The serum levels of aspartate aminotransferase（AST） and alanine aminotransferase（ALT） were detected.Western blot was used to detect the protein expression levels of phosphorylation-c2 junn2 terminal kinase（p-JNK）,IL-1β and IL-6 in liver.Results:Compared with the blank control group,the levels of AST and ALT in the model control group were significantly increased,and all the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Compared with the model group,AST and ALT in serum of the group of DNLPBC and the tiopronin sodium group were significantly decreased,and all the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Compared with the blank control group,the protein expression levels of p-JNK,IL-1β and IL-6 in the model control group were significantly increased（P<0.05）;compared with the model group,the protein expression levels of p-JNK,IL-1β and IL-6 in the liver of the group of DNLPBC and the tiopronin sodium group were significantly decreased（P<0.05）.Conclusion:In terms of alcoholic fatty liver,Decoction for Nourishing Liver and Promoting Blood Circulation can inhibit the expression of IL-1β and IL-6 in rat hepatocytes.更多还原
