【摘要】 清代医家黄元御《四圣心源》提出一气周流理论,认为气机升降出入遵循升清降浊、阴升阳降之规律,也代表了阴阳的更迭消长,气机升降如同一个不断运转的圆轮,脾土为中轴,带动肝木、心火、肺金、肾水在升降中循环交接,周流不息。多发性骨髓瘤的发病一为肾水不温,二为中土不运,进而导致肝气郁闭。中医治疗多发性骨髓瘤应注重恢复气机的正常升降出入,从肾水、中土、肝木出发,温肾水以水火并济,调中土以转四象,升肝木以畅气机,使脾肝升、肺胃降,一气周流得以顺利运转。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Qing Dynasty physician Huang Yuanyu put forward the theory of one Qi circulation theory in Si Sheng Xin Yuan.He believed that the flows of Qi movement followed the law of ascending lucidity and descending turbidity,and Yin ascending and Yang descending.It also represents the ebb and flow of Yin-yang.The Qi movement rises and falls like a rotating wheel,and the Spleen soil is the central axis,which drives the Liver wood,Heart fire,Lung gold,and Kidney water to circulate in its rises and falls,endlessly.The incidence of multiple myeloma(MM) is that the Kidney water is not warm,or the Spleen earth fails to transport,which leads to Liver Qi stagnation.The TCM treatment of MM should focus on restoring the normal movement of Qi,start with Kidney water,Spleen soil,and Liver wood,warming Kidney water to harmonization of fire and water,adjusting Spleen soil to transform four inages,and lifting Liver wood to smooth Qi movement,thus to rise Spleen and Liver,lower Lungs and Stomach,and the one Qi circulation can function smoothly.更多还原
