【摘要】 目的分析不同体质量指数（BMI）妇女妊娠前后血脂变化情况。方法收集并检测确诊怀孕的871例单胎妊娠妇女孕前、妊娠期间及产后血脂水平[总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）]。根据受试者孕前BMI值分为正常组(BMI≤24 kg·m^-2)509例和超重组(BMI>24 kg·m^-2)362例。比较2组孕前不同BMI孕妇在孕期体质量增长和血脂水平变化。结果正常组孕期体质量增加大于超重组[（13.23±5.92）vs（11.83±6.84）]kg,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。超重组在孕前、孕期及产后的TC、TG、LDL-C水平均高于正常组,而HDL-C水平低于正常组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。孕妇TC、TG、LDL-C水平在孕期呈上升趋势而HDL-C在20周达到峰值后逐渐恢复至孕前水平。结论本研究为正常孕期脂质变化谱提供了参考,在怀孕期间早期发现和改变异常血脂水平十分重要,尤其是针对孕前超重或肥胖妇女。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Analyze the changes of blood lipids in women with different BMI before and after pregnancy. Methods To collect and detect the blood lipid levels of 871 singleton pregnancy women diagnosed with pregnancy before, during and after pregnancy [total cholesterol（TC）, triacylglycerol（TG）, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）, low-density fat Protein cholesterol（LDL-C）]. According to the BMI value before pregnancy, the subjects were divided into 509 cases in the normal group(BMI≤24 kg·m^-2) and 362 cases in the super-recombinant group(BMI>24 kg·m^-2). Compare the growth of body mass and blood lipid levels of pregnant women with different BMI before pregnancy in the two groups. Results The increase in body weight during pregnancy in the normal group was greater than that of overweight [（13.23±5.92） vs（11.83±6.84）]kg, the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The levels of TC, TG, and LDL-C of the super-recombinant group before, during and after pregnancy were higher than those of the normal group, while the level of HDL-C was lower than that of the normal group, and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The levels of TC, TG and LDL-C in pregnant women showed an upward trend during pregnancy, while HDL-C gradually returned to pre-pregnancy levels after reaching a peak at 20 weeks. Conclusion This study provides a reference for the spectrum of lipid changes during normal pregnancy. It is very important to detect and change abnormal blood lipid levels early during pregnancy, especially for women who are overweight or obese before pregnancy.更多还原
