【摘要】 目的:基于中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)软件,挖掘《名医类案》《续名医类案》中治疗疫病的处方用药规律。方法:收集《名医类案》《续名医类案》中治疗疫病的处方,将符合纳入标准的处方录入中医传承辅助平台软件,建立疫病数据库,确定处方中药物的频数、性味归经、常用药物组合,分析其组方用药规律。结果:共筛选出符合标准的处方93首,涉及中药110味,发现药物中归肺、胃、脾经药物最多,药味以寒、温为主,药性以苦、甘、辛为主,核心药物组合6个,经熵聚类挖掘新方6首。结论:《名医类案》《续名医类案》所载疫病医案中用药攻邪扶正并重,以宣肺清热、健脾理气、补益气血、滋阴生津为主,可为临床治疗疫病提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the regularities of the TCM prescriptions for epidemic disease in Ming Yi Lei An and Xu Ming Yi Lei An based on traditional Chinese medical inheritance platform(V2.5). Methods:Prescriptions for epidemic disease in Ming Yi Lei An and Xu Ming Yi Lei An were collected and prescriptions which met the inclusion criteria were included and recorded in the software to construct the database of epidemic disease. The frequency of the medicines, taste, nature and combinations in the prescriptions were calculated to determine the regularity of the TCM prescriptions for epidemic disease. Results: A total of 93 prescriptions in ancient literature were selected, including 110 kinds of medicine, in which most of them were lung-regulating,stomach-regulating and spleen-regulating medicines. The medicines were mainly cold and warm in nature, and bitter, sweet and pungent in taste. There were 6 core drug combinations, and 6 new prescriptions were mined by entropy clustering. Conclusion: In the prescriptions for epidemic disease in Ming Yi Lei An and Xu Ming Yi Lei An, the use of medicines paid equal attention to eliminate pathogenic factors and promote the body resistance.The medicines were mainly used to clear heat, disperse lung Qi, invigorate spleen, regulate flow of Qi, invigorate Qi and blood, as well as nourish yin, which can be a reference for clinical treatment of epidemic disease.更多还原
