【摘要】 目的:探讨中医药防治乳腺癌内分泌治疗相关骨丢失的临床用药规律。方法:通过对国内各大数据库进行检索,筛选出中医药防治乳腺癌内分泌治疗相关骨丢失的临床研究,使用Excel 2016分别对药物的使用频数、功效、性味、归经进行统计,使用SPSS 20.0软件及R语言3.6.0"arules"包的Apriori计算法对高频中药分别进行关联规则运算与聚类分析。结果:共筛选出符合纳入标准的文献50篇,在涉及到的100味中药中使用频数最高的中药是补骨脂,以甘味的补虚类药物为主,药物多为温性,主要归于肝肾两经;通过关联与聚类分析挖掘出10组常用药物组合,3个聚类方。结论:中医药防治乳腺癌内分泌治疗相关骨丢失以滋补肝肾,强筋壮骨,健脾益气为主。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of endocrine therapy related bone loss of breast cancer. Methods: The clinical studies on the prevention and treatment of bone loss related to endocrine therapy of breast cancer with traditional Chinese medicine were searched through the major domestic databases. Excel 2016 was used to make statistics on the frequency, efficacy, taste and meridian tropism of drugs. SPSS 20.0 software and Apriori calculation method of R language 3.6.0 "arules" package were used to calculate the association rules and cluster analysis of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine. Results: A total of 50 articles which met the inclusion criteria were selected. Among the 100 Traditional Chinese Medicines involved, the most frequently used one was Buguzhi(Psoraleae Fructus). Mainly to tonifying and replenishing medicinal, flavor of medicinals is mostly warm, nature of medicinals is mostly sweet, mainly attributed to the kidney meridian and liver meridian. Through association and cluster analysis, 10 groups of commonly used drug combinations and 3 clustering formulas were excavated. Conclusion: The prevention and treatment of bone loss related to endocrine therapy of breast cancer with Traditional Chinese Medicine is mainly to enrich the kidney and nourish the liver, strengthen tendons and strengthen bones,fortify the spleen and replenish Qi.更多还原
