【摘要】 目的:探究《中医方剂大辞典》中分别运用气血阴阳辨证和脏腑辨证治疗虚劳病的方剂在谴方用药方面的异同,为临床合理组方提供依据。方法:根据《中医方剂大辞典》治疗虚劳有效方剂的主治证型,确定其辨证方式。利用R语言数据挖掘软件对气血阴阳辨证和脏腑辨证类方剂药物信息分别进行频数统计、关联规则分析与聚类分析。结果:分别得到运用气血阴阳辨证和脏腑辨证时各自使用频率较高的药物15味,用药主要涉及的12个药类;运算得到两种辨证各自20个药物关联规则与各自6个聚类新方。结论:虚劳病的治疗中,气血阴阳辨证针对气血阴阳虚损的单一病机为主论治,注重调神且结合补益肝肾,直接补肾精;脏腑辨证运用疏解气机、温阳利水、理气化痰清热等祛邪治法,兼顾脏腑阴阳组方原则。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the comparison of the prescriptions of using Qi Blood and Yin Yang syndrome differentiation and ZangFu syndrome differentiation to treat consumptive diseases in Chinese medicine prescription dictionary, in order to provide a reference for Chinese medicine clinical practice. Method: The main syndrome types of effective prescriptions for the treatment of asthenia and fatigue were determined according to Chinese medicine prescriptions dictionary. R language data mining software was used to carry out frequency statistics, association rule analysis and cluster analysis on the medicine information of Qi blood Yin Yang Syndrome Differentiation and viscera syndrome differentiation. Result: 15 kinds of herbs were found with higher frequency when using Qi Blood and Yin Yang syndrome differentiation and ZangFu syndrome differentiation and mainly involved in 12 types of herbs; 20 drug association rules and 6 clustering prescriptions of each syndrome differentiation were obtained. Conclusion: The syndrome differentiation of Qi Xue and Yin Yang was focusing on the single pathogenesis of Qi blood and Yin Yang deficiency, which mainly considered regulating spirit, tonifying liver and kidney to achieve direct tonifying kidney essence in the treatment of consumptive diseases. The treatment methods of syndrome differentiation of Zangfu were relieving Qi dynamic, warming Yang to induce diuresis,regulating qi and resolving phlegm and clearing away heat to eliminate pathogenic, and combined with the principle of Zangfu organs and yin yang composition in the treatment of consumptive diseases.更多还原
