【摘要】 目的:观察扶正肃肺合剂联合分子靶向药吉非替尼治疗肺脾气虚型肺癌的临床疗效。方法:将72例肺脾气虚型肺癌患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各36例。对照组采用口服靶向药物吉非替尼治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上,予以扶正肃肺合剂治疗,两组均连续治疗4周后评价疗效。结果:在瘤体大小控制方面,治疗组总有效率为66.67%(24/36),对照组为50.00%(18/36),两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组患者咳嗽咳痰、胸闷气短、神疲乏力、腹胀、纳呆、便溏等中医临床证候均较对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。治疗组的不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后Karnofsky评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:扶正肃肺合剂联合吉非替尼治疗肺脾气虚型肺癌临床效果明显,可减轻靶向药物导致的副反应,对治疗起到减毒增效作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Fuzheng Sufei mixture combined with Gefitinib on lung adenocarcinoma of lung and spleen Qi deficiency syndrome. Methods: Totally 72 cases of patients with lung cancer of lung and spleen Qi deficiency syndrome were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 36 patients in each group. Patients were treated by Gefitinib in control group and Fuzheng Sufei mixture combined with Gefitinib in treatment group, four weeks for a period of treatment. The curative effect was evaluated in one course of treatment. Results: In the aspect of tumor size control, the total effective rate was 66.67%(24/36) in treatment group and 50.00%(18/36) in control group. There was no significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05). In the aspect of remission of TCM clinical syndromes, including symptoms of cough, phlegm, stuffy chest, fatigue, abdominal distension, numbness and loose stools, the treatment group showed better effect than control group(P<0.05). The treatment group showed lower incidence of adverse reactions than control group(P<0.05). Quality of life score increased in the two groups and the treatment group showed higher KPS scores than control group after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of Fuzheng Sufei mixture combined with Gefitinib in the treatment of lung adenocarcinoma with lung and spleen Qi deficiency syndrome is obvious, which can relieve the side effects caused by targeted drugs and play a role of reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency.更多还原
