【摘要】 目的分析彩色血流成像联合高频超声评估乳腺癌(BC)腋窝淋巴结转移的价值。方法收集2019年1月至2021年1月在河南科技大学第一附属医院接受BC根治术治疗的120例BC患者病历资料,所有患者术前均接受彩色血流成像及高频超声检查。记录腋窝淋巴结转移情况,并以术后病理检查结果为依据,分析彩色血流成像、高频超声及二者联合对BC腋窝淋巴结转移的评估价值。结果 120例BC患者经术后病理结果证实,69例患者存在腋窝淋巴结转移,占57.50%。高频超声、彩色血流成像单独诊断BC腋窝淋巴节转移的结果与术后病理结果具有理想的一致性(Kappa=0.682、0.709),二者联合检查BC腋窝淋巴节转移的结果与术后病理结果具有极好的一致性(Kappa=0.915);高频超声联合彩色血流成像诊断BC腋窝淋巴结转移的准确度及灵敏度均高于二者单独检查(P<0.05)。结论彩色血流成像联合高频超声评估BC腋窝淋巴结转移价值较高,可提高检查灵敏度及准确度,且与手术病理结果一致性极好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the value of color flow imaging combined with high-frequency ultrasound in evaluating axillary lymph node metastasis of breast cancer(BC).Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted, the medical data of 120 patients who received radical resection of BC in the First Affiliated Hospital of the University of Science and Technology from January 2019 to June 2021 were collected, all patients underwent color flow imaging and high-frequency ultrasound before operation, axillary lymph node metastasis was recorded, based on the results of postoperative pathological examination, the evaluation value of color flow imaging, high-frequency ultrasound and the combination of two methods in axillary lymph node metastasis of BC was analyzed.Results One hundred and twenty cases of patients with BC confirmed by postoperative pathology, 69 patients had axillary lymph node metastasis, accounting for 57.50%. The results of high-frequency ultrasound and color flow imaging alone in diagnosing axillary lymph node metastasis of BC were in good agreement with postoperative pathological results(Kappa=0.682, 0.709). The results of two combined examination of axillary lymph node metastasis of BC were in good agreement with postoperative pathological results(Kappa=0.915). The accuracy and sensitivity of high-frequency ultrasound combined with color flow imaging in the diagnosis of axillary lymph node metastasis of BC were higher than those of the single examination of the two(P<0.05).Conclusion Color flow imaging combined with high frequency ultrasound is of high value in evaluating axillary lymph node metastasis of BC, which can improve the sensitivity and accuracy of examination, and has excellent consistency with surgical and pathological results.更多还原
