【摘要】 目的了解中医院规范化培训护士中医护理知信行水平,分析相关影响因素,为完善中医护理规范化培训方案,提高中医院规培护士中医护理质量提供参考。方法应用中医院规范化培训护士中医护理知信行调查问卷,采用便利抽样法,调查四川省5家市级中医院282名正在进行规培护士,对结果进行描述性统计、t检验或方差分析、相关性分析、线性回归分析。结果中医院规培护士中医护理知识得分为(15.56±2.88)分,中医护理态度得分为(38.54±4.49)分,中医护理行为得分为(42.45±9.01)分。中医护理知识与态度呈正相关(r=0.161,P<0.05),与行为呈正相关(r=0.130,P<0.05),中医护理态度与行为呈正相关(r=0.484,P<0.05)。毕业院校是中医护理知识的影响因素,受教育程度、岗前培训情况、科室培训情况、各科室月平均培训次数、科室培训满意度是态度和行为的共同影响因素,实习医院和各科室月平均培训次数也是行为影响因素。结论中医院规培护士中医护理态度比较积极,知识水平需进一步提高,且临床运用需要加强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the status quo of traditional Chinese medicine nursing knowledge, attitude, practice of standardized training nurses in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals, and analyze relevant influencing factors, so as to provide references for improving the standardized training program of traditional Chinese medicine nursing and improving the quality of traditional Chinese medicine nursing of standardized training nurses.Methods The questionnaire of traditional Chinese medicine nursing knowledge, attitude, practice of standardized training nurses in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals was used, and the convenience sampling method was used to investigate 282 nurses who were undergoing standardized training in 5 municipal traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in Sichuan Province. The descriptive statistics, t test or variance analysis, correlation analysis and linear regression analysis were conducted on the results.Results The scores of traditional Chinese medicine nursing knowledge, attitude, practice of standardized training nurses in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals were(15.56±2.88),(38.54±4.49) and(42.45±9.01) points, respectively. There was a positive correlation between traditional Chinese medicine nursing knowledge and attitude(r=0.161, P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between traditional Chinese medicine nursing knowledge and practice(r=0.130, P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between traditional Chinese medicine nursing attitude and practice(r=0.484, P<0.05). The college graduation was the influencing factor of traditional Chinese medicine nursing knowledge, and the education level, pre-job training, department training, average monthly training times of each department, training satisfaction of each department were the common influencing factors of attitude and practice, and the internship hospital and average monthly training times of each department were also the influencing factors of practice.Conclusion The nursing attitude of standardized training nurses in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals is positive. The knowledge level needs to be further improved, and the clinical application needs to be strengthened.更多还原
