【摘要】 目的探讨膝关节镜辅助下内固定术对后外侧胫骨平台骨折的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2020年8月河南大学淮河医院收治的64例后外侧胫骨平台骨折患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组32例。对照组接受切开复位内固定术,观察组接受膝关节镜辅助下内固定术。比较两组手术指标、手术前后膝关节功能[美国特种外科医院(HSS)膝关节评分]及疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分],评估骨折复位效果,随访术后并发症发生率。结果观察组手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间及切口长度均较对照组短(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组HSS膝关节评分均升高,VAS评分均下降,且观察组HSS膝关节评分较对照组高,VAS评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组骨折复位总有效率较对照组高,并发症发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论膝关节镜辅助下内固定术治疗后外侧胫骨平台骨折,创伤小,术后恢复快,在改善患者膝关节功能、促进骨折复位方面有突出效果,并发症少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of knee arthroscopy-assisted internal fixation on posterolateral tibial plateau fractures.Methods Sixty-four patients with posterolateral tibial plateau fractures in Huaihe Hospital of Henan University from February 2018 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 32 cases in each group. Control group received open reduction and internal fixation, and observation group received knee arthroscopy-assisted internal fixation. The surgical indicators, knee joint function [American hospital for special surgery(HSS) knee joint score] and pain degree [visual analogue scale(VAS) score] before and after operation were compared between the two groups. The effect of fracture reduction was evaluated, and the incidence of postoperative complications was followed up.Results The operation time, hospitalization time, fracture healing time and incision length of observation group were all shorter than those of control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the HSS knee scores of the two groups increased, and the VAS scores decreased, and the HSS score of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the VAS score was lower than that of control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of fracture reduction of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the complication rate was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Knee arthroscopy-assisted internal fixation is applied to the treatment of posterolateral tibial plateau fractures with less trauma and quick postoperative recovery. It has outstanding effects in improving knee joint function and promoting fracture reduction with few complications.更多还原
