【摘要】 目的探究镇肝熄风汤加减在脑卒中阿尔茨海默症(AD)辅助治疗中的临床效果。方法选取武陟县中医院2020年5月至2021年1月脑卒中AD患者86例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各43例。对照组接受常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受镇肝熄风汤加减辅助治疗。比较两组疗效,比较治疗前后认知、日常生活能力及痴呆情况、脑电图变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率[97.67%(42/43)]高于对照组[81.40%(35/43)](P<0.05);治疗后观察组痴呆情况、定向、识记、计算、回忆、语言及总评分均高于对照组,日常生活活动(ADL)量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组α波频、α波幅、θ波频均高于对照组,θ波幅低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论镇肝熄风汤加减治疗脑卒中AD效果确切,能有效改善患者症状,减轻痴呆程度,提高认知水平及日常生活能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of Zhengan Xifeng Decoction in the adjuvant treatment of stroke Alzheimer’s disease(AD).Methods A total of 86 patients with stroke ad in Wuzhi Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from May 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research object. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with Zhengan Xifeng Decoction on the basis of the control group. The curative effects of the two groups were compared, and the changes of cognition, activities of daily living, dementia and electroencephalogram were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group [97.67%(42/43)] was higher than that of the control group [81.40%(35/43)](P<0.05); After treatment, the dementia, orientation, memory, calculation, recall, language and total scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the scores of activities of daily living(ADL)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05); After treatment, the α wave frequency, α wave amplitude and θ wave frequency of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the θ wave amplitude was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhengan Xifeng decoction is effective in the treatment of stroke AD, which can effectively improve the symptoms, reduce the degree of dementia, and improve the cognitive level and daily living ability of patients.更多还原
