【摘要】 目的:探讨热毒宁注射液联合炎琥宁对手足口病患儿的效果及对血清炎症水平的影响。方法:本次研究对象,从我院2019年6月～2020年6月期间接诊的手足口病患儿中,选取100例患儿进行分析,所有患儿按随机法分为观察组(n=52)和对照组(n=48),所有患儿均进行常规对症治疗,对照组患儿在常规治疗的基础上,采用热毒宁注射液进行治疗,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上,增加炎琥宁进行治疗,分析治疗后两组的临床症状变化、患儿的血清炎症水平和治疗后的疗效情况。结果:治疗后观察组的总有效率为96.15%,对照组的总有效率为77.08%,前者的疗效明显高于后者,有统计学意义;经过治疗后,观察组体温正常、疱疹、皮疹消退、退热、溃疡消退以及住院时间均短于对照组,有统计学意义;两组治疗后,TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6和IL-10水平有明显下降,治疗后观察组TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6和IL-10水平明显低于对照组,有统计学意义;两组治疗后,IgA、 IgG和 IgM水平有明显上升,治疗后观察组IgA、 IgG和 IgM水平明显高于对照组,有统计学意义;两组治疗后,CD3~+、CD4~+、CD4~+/CD8~+水平有明显上升,CD8~+水平明显下降,治疗后观察组CD3~+、CD4~+、CD4~+/CD8~+水平明显低于对照组,CD8~+水平明显高于对照组,有统计学意义;观察组无明显不良反应,对照组有2例药物性腹泻,停药后或者对症治疗均消失,两组比较无统计学意义。结论:临床治疗手足口病患儿,使用热毒宁注射液联合炎琥宁治疗方案,能有效改善患儿临床症状和体征,控制患儿的炎症反应,提高患儿免疫功能,疗效显著,临床价值较高,值得推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Reduning injection combined with Yanhuning on children with hand foot mouth disease and effect on serum levels of inflammation.Methods The object of this research,children from the reception of our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 HFMD,selected 100 cases were analysed.All patients were randomly divided into observation group (n=52) and control group (n=48),all the patients were treated with conventional symptomatic treatment,the control group of children on the basis of routine treatment,using Reduning injection treatment,observation group in the control group on the basis of,increase the treatment efficacy of Yanhuning,analysis of serum levels of inflammation and treatment in patients with clinical symptoms,two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 96.15%,control group total effective rate was 77.08%,the former was significantly higher than that of the latter,there was statistical significance;after treatment,the observation group,normal body temperature,fever,rash,herpes ulcers subside and hospitalization time were shorter than the control group,there was statistical significance;the two groups after treatment,TNF-alpha and IL-1 beta,IL-6 and IL-10 levels decreased significantly after treatment,the observation group of TNF-alpha and IL-1 beta,IL-6 and IL-10 levels were significantly lower than the control group,there was statistical significance;the two groups after treatment,IgA,IgG and IgM levels increased significantly,treatment after the observation group IgA,IgG and IgM levels were significantly higher than the control group,there was statistical significance;the two groups after treatment,CD3~+,CD4~+ and CD4~+/CD8~+ levels increased significantly,CD8~+ level decreased significantly after treatment concept CD3~+,CD4~+,CD4~+/CD8~+ of observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the level of CD8~+ was significantly higher than the control group,there was statistical significance;the observation group had no obvious adverse reaction,the control group had 2 cases of drug-induced diarrhea after discontinuation or symptomatic treatment were disappeared,two groups have no statistical significance.Conclusions The clinical treatment of HFMD using Reduning injection combined with Yanhuning treatment,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,inflammation control children,improve immune function,with obvious curative effect,high clinical value,worthy of promotion of use.更多还原
