【摘要】 目的:研究骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)患者红细胞参数的变化及意义。方法:选择本院2015年1月～2020年1月本院收治的80例MDS患者作为观察组,并纳入80名体检正常者作为对照组。检测两组以下指标:红细胞参数[红细胞计数(RBC)、红细胞压积(HCT)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)],T淋巴细胞(CD3~+、CD4~+、CD8~+、CD4~+/CD8~+),铁代谢指标[血清铁蛋白(SF)、血清铁(SI)]。结果:与对照组相比,观察组RBC、HCT、MCHC水平较低,MCH、MCV水平较高,差异有统计学意义;与对照组相比,观察组CD3~+、CD8~+水平较高,CD4~+、CD4~+/CD8~+水平较低,差异有统计学意义;与对照组相比,观察组SF水平较高,差异有统计学意义。结论:与体检正常者相比,MDS患者各项红细胞参数水平较低,同时伴有免疫功能异常和铁代谢异常。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the changes and significance of red blood cell parameters in patients with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS).Methods Eighty patients with MDS admitted to this hospital from January 2015 to January 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 80 patients with normal physical examination were included as the control group.Two groups of the following indicators were tested:red blood cell parameters [red blood cell count (RBC),hematocrit (HCT),mean red blood cell hemoglobin content (MCH),mean red blood cell volume (MCV),mean red blood cell hemoglobin concentration (MCHC)],T lymphocytes (CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+),iron metabolism indicators [serum ferritin (SF),serum iron (SI)].Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower levels of RBC,HCT,and MCHC,and higher levels of MCH and MCV,the difference was statistically significant;Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher levels of CD3+ and CD8+,and lower levels of CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,and the difference was statistically significant;Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher levels of SF,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Compared with normal subjects,the level of erythrocyte parameters in MDS patients was lower,accompanied by abnormal immune function and abnormal iron metabolism.更多还原
