【摘要】 目的:观察应用三镜联合胆总管手术和腹腔镜胆总管手术对比。方法:选择2017年8月～2020年3月于我院收治的88例胆囊结石合并胆总管结石患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为研究组(44例,给予三镜联合胆总管手术治疗)和对照组(44例,给予腹腔镜胆总管手术治疗)。观察两组术中情况、术后情况、术后并发症发生情况及复发情况。结果:研究组的术中出血量、引流管滞留时间均低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义。研究组的肛门排气时间、下床活动时间及术后住院时间均短于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义。研究组的术后并发症发生率及复发率均少于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义。结论:三镜联合胆总管手术和腹腔镜胆总管手术均可有效治疗胆囊结石合并胆总管结石,其中三镜联合胆总管手术效果更优。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the application of triscopy combined with common bile duct surgery and laparoscopic common bile duct surgery.Methods A total of 88 patients with cholecystolithiasis and common bile duct stones admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to March 2020 were selected as the research object.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group (44 cases,treated with three mirror combined with common bile duct surgery) and control group (44 cases,treated with laparoscopic common bile duct surgery).The intraoperative,postoperative,postoperative complications and recurrence of the two groups were observed.Results The intraoperative blood loss and drainage tube retention time of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant.The anal exhaust time,the time to get out of bed,and the postoperative hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant.The postoperative complication rate and recurrence rate of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant.Conclusion Both triscopy combined with common bile duct surgery and laparoscopic common bile duct surgery can effectively treat gallbladder stones combined with common bile duct stones,and the effect of triscopy combined with common bile duct surgery is better.更多还原
