利用黑水虻幼虫处理中草药渣和花生饼及幼虫营养价值分析

【摘要】 本试验采用中草药渣和花生饼饲喂黑水虻幼虫,研究黑水虻幼虫对这两种有机物的处理能力以及对其体成分的影响。结果显示,每0.5 g虫卵投喂中草药渣和花生饼的最适量分别为2.35~3.05 kg和2.69~3.31 kg;最适投喂量下其快速生长期分别为10~20 d和4~16 d。中草药渣虫和花生饼虫干粉的粗脂肪和粗蛋白含量分别为22.61%、 30.03%; 33.28%、 50.76%;必需氨基酸含量和氨基酸总量分别为11.78%、 18.92%;28.59%、 41.89%;结果表明,黑水虻幼虫对以上两种有机废物的处理能力较好,其体内的蛋白质和脂肪等营养成分含量丰富,其中花生饼虫粗蛋白含量更高,为50.76%;中草药渣虫体内脂肪酸含量丰富。

【Abstract】 This experiment was conducted to investigate the production performance and nutritional value of black soldier fly(Hermetia illucens) lavae by feeding on Chinese herbal residue and peanut cake. According to the results of every 0.5 g eggs to feed the Chinese herbal residue and the most appropriate amount of peanut cake were 2.35 ~ 3.05 kg and 2.69 ~ 3.31 kg, the optimal feeding rate was 10 ~ 20 d and 4 ~ 16 d, respectively(the first three days with bran as the opening material). The crude fat and protein contents of the two larvae were22.61%, 30.03%, 33.28% and 50.76%, respectively. The essential amino acids and total amino acids were11.78%、18.92%;28.59% 、41.89%, respectively; The results showed that the black soldier fly larvae had better ability to deal with the above two kinds of organic waste, and the black soldier fly larvae fed Chinese herbal residue and peanut cake were rich in protein and fat, among which the crude protein content of peanut cake beetle was the highest, which was 50.76%, and the fatty acid content of Chinese herbal residue beetle was rich.
