水稻垩白主效QTL的定位与分析
Major QTLs Mapping and Analysis for Rice Chalkiness
【摘要】 垩白影响稻米品质,也影响水稻品种推广应用。为了找到水稻垩白相关的QTL,将常规籼稻品种9311(母本)与籼稻品种农香32(父本)杂交获得F1代,再自交得到192株F2及其衍生的F2∶3代株系;对这些株系进行群体表型考察,并通过分子标记定位,找到16个与水稻垩白形成相关的QTL,其中与腹白粒率相关QTL 5个,与心白粒率的相关QTL 5个,与背白粒率相关QTL 1个,与垩白粒率相关QTL 5个。研究结果对水稻品质改良有重要意义。
【Abstract】 Chalkiness can reduce the hardness of rice,and the grains are more likely to fracture during rice processing.With the increase of chalkiness grain rate,rice will become soft and fluffy,and palatability will decrease in the cooking,thus influencing rice quality and varietal promotion.To identify the quantitative trait locus related to chalkiness,F1 generation was constructed from the hybridization of 9311 (female parent,Indica rice) and Nongxiang 32 (male parent,Indica rice),and then 192 F2 plants and F2∶3 lines were obtained by self-cross.According to the population phenotype of these rice lines,using QTL mapping analysis,16 QTLs related to rice chalkiness were located,including 5 QTLs related to white abdomen rate,5 QTLs related to white heart rate,1 QTL related to white back rate and 5 QTLs related to chalkiness grain rate.This study may have significance for rice quality improvement.
