都匀茶树种质资源生化成分多样性分析
Diversity Analysis on Biochemical Components of Tea Germplasm Resources in Duyun
【摘要】 为了研究都匀原生茶树资源分布的多样性,利用高效液相色谱仪(HPLC)检测11份都匀茶树种质资源的9项生化成分并对其评价鉴定。结果表明:11份资源生化成分存在丰富的多样性和变异,平均变异系数达28.80%;多变量主成分分析表明,ECG、EGC和咖啡碱可作为这11份茶树种质的表征性成分;对11份资源的生化成分进行聚类分析,可将这些资源分为3个类群,第Ⅰ类群数量最多;从这些原生茶树资源中初步筛选出咖啡碱含量大于4.00%的潜在优异资源6份,EGCG含量超过8.00%的资源1份,这些资源为茶树新品种选育及功能成分生物合成的分子机理研究奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 In order to study the diversity of native tea germplasm resources in Duyun,nine biochemical components of eleven tea samples were detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).Results showed that there were abundant diversity and variation in biochemical components of the eleven tea germplasm resources,with an average variation coefficient of 28.80%.Principal component analysis showed that ECG,EGC and caffeine could be used as the representation of components for the eleven tea germplasm resources.Cluster analysis of biochemical components of the eleven tea germplasm resources showed that these tea resources could be divided into three groups,and the number of Group One was the largest.From these local tea germplasm resources,six potential excellent resources with caffeine content more than 4.00% and one resource with EGCG content more than 8.00% were selected.In summary,these specific tea germplasm resources had been screened in this study,which could provide the foundation for breeding new tea plant varieties and studying the molecular mechanism of biosynthesis of functional components.
