3个柚类品种(系)抗寒性研究

【摘要】 为了解柚的抗寒性差异,选取湖南广泛栽培的沙田柚、琯溪蜜柚和泉口冰雪柚为试材,研究了低温胁迫后相对电导率、MDA含量,SOD酶、POD酶、CAT酶活性的变化。结果表明:沙田柚、琯溪蜜柚和泉口冰雪柚的半致死温度分别为-8.04、-8.70和-9.66℃,泉口冰雪柚的抗寒性最强,其次是琯溪蜜柚,沙田柚最不抗寒;MDA含量和SOD、CAT、POD酶活性经低温处理后的变化也证明了这一结果。

【Abstract】 In order to understand the difference of cold resistance of pomelo,Shatian pomelo,Guanxi honey pomelo and Quankoubingxue pomelo widely cultivated in Hunan Province were selected to study the changes of relative conductivity,MDA content,SOD,POD and CAT activities after low temperature stress.The results showed that the half lethal temperature of Shatian pomelo,Guanxi honey pomelo and Quankoubingxue pomelo were-8.04,-8.70 and-9.66 ℃,respectively.Quankoubingxue pomelo had the strongest cold resistance,followed by Guanxi honey pomelo,and Shatian pomelo had the least cold resistance;the changes of MDA content and SOD,CAT and POD activities after low temperature treatment also proved this result.
