【摘要】 基于农户相对贫困缓解的内生动力视角,引入非认知能力和生计策略选择构建理论分析框架,利用Ivprobit模型和中介效应模型对2018年中国家庭追踪调查数据(CFPS)进行实证分析,结果表明:非认知能力的增强对农户相对贫困的缓解具有显著的促进作用,且在所有解释变量中影响系数最大,各维度按照影响程度高低依次为积极自我、情绪稳定和社交能力;与纯粹农业策略相比,选择非农就业策略或农工兼业策略的农户陷入相对贫困的概率显著降低;分析影响机制发现,非认知能力通过非农就业策略和农工兼业策略影响农户相对贫困。因此,政府应加强对农户非认知能力的宣传教育和培训,增加其脱贫的内生动力和发展能力,同时通过发展当地特色产业,引导农户优化生计策略,最终实现相对贫困的缓解。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the endogenous impetus perspective of rural households’ relative poverty alleviation,non-cognitive skill and livelihood strategy selection are introduced to construct a theoretical analysis framework. The Ivprobit model and the mediation effect model are used to conduct empirical tests on the 2018 China Family Panel Studies( CFPS). The results show that: The enhancement of non-cognitive skill has a significant promoting effect on the alleviation of relative poverty of rural household,and has the largest influence coefficient among all explanatory variables. The dimensions ranked according to the degree of influence are positive self,emotional stability and social ability; Compared with full-farm strategy,the probability of farmer households falling into relative poverty is significantly lower if they choose off-farm employment strategy or concurrent employment strategy. Analysis on the impact mechanism found that off-farm employment strategy and concurrent employment strategy have significant mediating effects on non-cognitive skill and relative poverty of rural households. Therefore,the government should strengthen the publicity,education and training on farmers’ non-cognitive skill,increase their endogenous motivation and development ability to get rid of poverty,and at the same time guide farmers to optimize their livelihood strategies through the development of local characteristic industries,so as to finally achieve the alleviation of relative poverty.更多还原
