【摘要】 当今世界处于百年未有之大变局,我国已进入新发展阶段,加快形成以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局迫切需要科技创新赋能,实现创新链与产业链的深度耦合.以河南省为目标样本,基于科技成果转化供给政策评价指标、需求政策评价指标和环境政策评价指标,构建了区域科技成果转化政策实施效果评价指标体系和熵值权重法评价模型,并对2016—2019年河南省和2019年中部六省科技成果转化政策实施效果进行了比较分析,得出进一步完善科技成果转化的支撑服务体系是优化河南科技成果转化政策实施效果的根本途径.更多还原

【Abstract】 Today’s world is in a great change that has not been seen in a century. China has entered a new stage of development. It is urgent to enable S&T innovation and realize the deep coupling between innovation chain and industrial chain. Taking Henan Province as the target sample,based on the supply policy evaluation index,demand policy evaluation index and environmental policy evaluation index of S&T achievement transformation,this paper constructs the evaluation index system and entropy weight method evaluation model of the implementation effect of regional S&T achievement transformation policy. It also compares and analyzes the implementation effect of S&T achievements transformation policy in Henan from 2016 to 2019 and six provinces in central China in 2019. It is concluded that further improving the support service system of S&T achievement transformation is the fundamental way to optimize the implementation effect of Henan S&T achievement transformation policy.更多还原
