【Abstract】 With the accumulation of intellectual property rights,enterprise patents have changed from the pursuit of quantity to the pursuit of quality and value.The research and development of high-quality and high-value patents has become the mainstream goal of enterprises.In other words,high-quality patents have become the basis of enterprise patent work and operation.
