【摘要】 基于当前矿山安全事故频发的背景,为研究事故发生与行为安全的内在关联,提升企业安全管理水平,科学合理分析事故发生原因,针对性地提出预防措施。运用行为安全"2-4"模型,对山东省笏山金矿"1·10"爆炸事故进行深层次分析,从多个行为发展阶段对事故进行了不同角度的观测,并针对企业安全管理现状提出了改进措施,可为今后预防此类事故发生提供相关的科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the background of frequent mine safety accidents,in order to study the internal relationship between accident occurrence and behavioral safety,improve the safety management level of enterprises,scientifically and reasonably analyze the causes of accidents,and put forward preventive measures.In this paper,the behavior safety "2-4" model is used to conduct a deep analysis of the "1.10" explosion accident in Hushan Gold Mine,Shandong Province.The accident is observed from different angles from different behavioral development stages,and the improvement measures are put forward according to the current situation of enterprise safety management,which provides relevant scientific basis for the prevention of such accidents in the future.更多还原
