5种植物内生菌的分离及其拮抗月季黑斑病菌的筛选
Isolation of Endophytes from 5 Plants and Screening of their Antagonistic Strains to Rose Black Spot Disease
【摘要】 【目的】获得高效拮抗菌株,防治月季黑斑病。【方法】采用常规方法分离月季、银杏、钩腾、黑老虎、山苍子5种植物内生菌,以月季黑斑病菌作为指示菌,采用平板对峙培养法进行初筛,并对拮抗圈大于5 mm的内生菌进行复筛。【结果】5种植物共分离出内生菌69株,其中37株细菌,3株放线菌和29株真菌;初筛出20株菌对月季黑斑病菌有拮抗效果,拮抗圈大于5 mm的有8株,其中细菌7株,放线菌1株;复筛表明菌株YJX2与菌株YXF1抑菌效果较好。【结论】研究表明,菌株YJX2与菌株YXF1可作为月季黑斑病生物防治备选菌株。
【Abstract】 【Objective】 In order to obtain highly effective antagonistic strains to control Rose black spot disease. 【Method】 we used conventional methods to isolate the endophytes from the leaves of the five plants of Rose, Ginkgo, Ginkgo biloba, Black tiger, and Litsea cubeba.Using Rose black spot pathogen as indicator, Antagonistic endophytes were selected by using confrontation culture method, and then rescreen the endophytes whose antagonistic circle is larger than 5 mm. 【Result】 The results showed that 69 strains of endophytes were isolated from 5 plants, including 37 strains of bacteria, 3 strains of actinomycetes and 29 strains of fungi;20 strains were preliminarily screened to have antagonistic effect on Rose black spot pathogen. Among them, 8 strains had an antagonistic circle larger than 5 mm, including 7 strains of bacteria and 1 strain of actinomycetes; Re-screening showed that strain YJX2 and strain YXF1 h-ad better antibacterial effects. 【Conclusion】 All the study indicated that strain YJX2 and strain YXF1 could be used as a candidate strain for biological control to Rose black spot disease.
