【摘要】 主体间性理论的提出,改变了人类对"主体-客体"关系的认知,把原本作为"客体"的认知对象也纳入主体的范畴,并确认自我主体与对象主体间的共生性、平等性和交流关系。在医患会话机制中,传统的垂直性会话模式对医患关系产生了较大影响,这种会话模式往往会造成医患之间的矛盾。在建立动态语料库的基础上,运用主体间性理论阐释医患交际的哲学基础,探索建立新的医患话语模式与策略,有助于充分发挥语言交际的社会服务功能,构建和谐医患关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The theory of intersubjectivity has changed human’ s cognition of the relationship between "subject and object".The cognitive object originally regarded as "object" is also included in the category of subject,and the symbiosis,equality and communication relationship between self-subject and object-subject are confirmed.In the mechanism of doctor-patient conversation,the traditional vertical conversation mode has a great impact on the doctor-patient relationship,which often leads to conflicts between doctors and patients.On the basis of the establishment of dynamic corpus,the philosophical basis of doctor-patient discourse is explained by the intersubjectivity theory,and the strategy and mode of establishing the new doctor-patient discourse can be explored.It is helpful to exert the social service function of language communication and build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.更多还原
