【摘要】 现代化灌区的建设,应以支撑现代农业、经济社会发展,保障国家粮食安全和农产品有效供给为目的,通过节水型灌区的建设,实现水资源高效利用,改善生态环境,支撑乡村振兴,保障灌区良性发展。文章以河南省大功灌区为例,通过对灌区工程现状、存在的主要问题及现代化改造的必要性进行总结分析,以此说明灌区实施现代化改造是十分必要和迫切的。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of modern irrigation areas should aim at supporting modern agriculture,economic and social development,ensuring national food security and effective supply of agricultural products. Through the construction of water-saving irrigation areas,we should realize the efficient utilization of water resources,improve the ecological environment,support rural revitalization and ensure the good development of irrigation areas. Taking Dagong irrigation area of Henan Province as an example,this paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation,main existing problems and the necessity of modernization,so as to illustrate that it is very necessary and urgent to implement modernization in irrigation area.更多还原
