【摘要】 目的构建院前急救护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系。方法通过文献回顾和半结构式深度访谈,初步形成院前急救护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系初稿。运用德尔菲法对20名专家进行2轮函询,构建院前急救护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系。结果 2轮函询专家积极系数均为100%;专家组群体权威系数为0.89;专家对各指标重要性判断的赋值变异系数为0～0.09,指标重要性赋值平均值区间为4.75～5.00。经过2轮函询最终形成院前急救护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系,包含5项一级指标、14项二级指标、53项三级指标。结论院前急救护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系符合岗位特点,具有一定的科学性,可为院前急救护士的聘任、培训、考核等人力资源管理提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To construct the post competency evaluation index system of pre-hospital first-aid nurses.Methods Through literature review and semi-structured in-depth interview,the preliminary draft of the post competency evaluation index system for pre-hospital first-aid nurses was formed. The Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of letter consultation among 20 experts to construct the post competency evaluation index system of prehospital first-aid nurses. Results The positive coefficient of the two rounds of letter consultation was 100%. The expert group authority coefficient was 0.89. The coefficient of variation of experts’ evaluation of the importance of each index ranged from 0 to 0.09,and the average value of the importance of each index ranged from 4.75 to5.00. After two rounds of letter consultation,the post competency evaluation index system of pre-hospital first-aid nurses was finally formed,including 5 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators and 53 third-level indicators.Conclusion The competency evaluation index system of pre-hospital first-aid nurses conforms to the characteristics of the post. It is scientific,and provides a basis for the human resource management including the appointment,training and assessment of pre-hospital first-aid nurses.更多还原
