【摘要】 目的:探究老年慢阻肺患者在优质护理下对患者肺功能与生活质量的影响。方法:选取2019年4月—2020年4月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的76例老年慢阻肺患者作为研究对象,根据护理方法不同分为参照组和研究组,每组各38例。参照组采用常规护理,研究组采用优质护理,比较两组患者护理干预后的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、健康调查量表(SF-36)得分、肺功能以及护理满意度。结果:护理后研究组呼气峰流速、一秒用力呼气容积较参照组更优(P<0.05);两组患者HAMA和HAMD评分比较,研究组优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者护理后SF-36量表得分比较,研究组评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将优质护理应用于老年慢阻肺患者的治疗中,可改善患者心理状态,有利于提高患者肺功能和生活质量,提高护理满意度,值得借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of high-quality nursing on pulmonary function and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods: Seventy-six elderly patients with COPD admitted to the hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected for research subjects. According to different nursing methods, they were divided into control group and study group, with 38 cases in each group. The scores of Hamilton Depression scale(HAMD) and Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA),Health Survey Scale(SF-36) score, lung function and nursing satisfaction after nursing intervention were compared between the two groups. Results: After nursing, the peak expiratory velocity and forced expiratory volume in one second in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). The HAMA and HAMD scores of the study group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The SF-36 score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of high-quality nursing in the treatment of elderly patients with COPD can eliminate the negative emotions such as anxiety and depression, improve the psychological state, improve the lung function of patients, promote the effective improvement of quality of life, and improve nursing satisfaction, which has significant nursing effect.更多还原
