津力达颗粒结合医学营养干预对2型糖尿病胰岛功能及糖脂代谢的改善作用

【摘要】 目的:探讨津力达颗粒结合医学营养干预疗法对2型糖尿病(T2DM)胰岛功能及糖脂代谢的影响。方法:选取2019年1月—2020年1月间就诊于江门市中心医院的82例T2DM患者,应用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组各41例。对照组接受常规降糖联合医学营养干预治疗,试验组接受常规降糖结合津力达颗粒及医学营养干预治疗。分析两组8周治疗过程中胰岛功能及糖脂代谢指标变化情况。结果:两组在8周的治疗过程中,空腹胰岛素(FINS)、空腹C肽及HOMA-β呈升高趋势,空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h BG)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)及脂联素呈降低趋势(P<0.05),且在治疗4周及治疗8周后,试验组FINS、空腹C肽及HOMA-β高于对照组,FPG、2 h BG、TG、TC及脂联素低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。同时,两组间8周治疗过程中不良反应发生率比较(P>0.05),差异无统计学意义。结论:在T2DM的治疗中,津力达颗粒结合医学营养干预疗法不仅可有效的改善患者的胰岛功能,同时也可有效的改善患者的糖脂代谢水平。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of Jinlida granule combined with medical nutrition intervention on islet function and glycolipid metabolism of T2 DM. Methods: 82 patients of T2 DM were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 41 patients in each group. The control group received conventional treatment combined with medical nutrition intervention, while the experimental group received conventional treatment combined with Jinlida granules and medical nutrition intervention. The changes of islet function and glucose and lipid metabolism during the 8-week treatment were analyzed. Results: In the process of the two groups in 8 weeks of treatment, FINS, fasting C peptide and HOMA-β showed a trend of increase,FPG, 2 hBG, TG, TC and adiponectin showed a trend of decrease(P<0.05), and after 4 weeks and 8 weeks treatment, the FINS,fasting C peptide and HOMA-β in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group. The FPG, 2 hBG, TG, TC and adiponectin in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). At the same time, there was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions during the 8-week treatment between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of T2 DM, the combination of Jinlida granule and medical nutrition intervention therapy can not only effectively improve the pancreatic islet function of patients, but also effectively improve the glucose and lipid metabolism level of patients.
