【摘要】 目的:通过使用莱菔子热奄包外敷神阙穴治疗无创通气并发腹胀患者,并探讨其临床疗效。方法:抽取80例无创通气并发腹胀患者作为研究对象,随机分为试验组、对照组,其中试验组42例、对照组38例,对照组予以常规治疗与护理,试验组在此基础上予以莱菔子热奄包外敷神阙穴。采用秩和检验比较试验组和对照组的腹胀程度,采用t检验对比组间的排气时间和腹围大小。结果:试验组在治疗后第4、第5天腹围低于对照组,第2、第4、第5天腹胀程度比对照组好转,排气时间从观察的第1天到第5天均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:莱菔子热奄包外敷神阙穴能有效地减轻无创通气并发腹胀患者腹胀程度,减小患者腹围,缩短患者排气时间,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Treatment of non-invasive ventilation and abdominal distension by applying shenque acupoint on radish seed, and to explore its clinical efficacy. Methods: 80 patients with noninvasive ventilation and abdominal distension were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, including 42 cases in the experimental group and 38 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with routine treatment and nursing. The experimental group was treated with radish seed foment package on Shenque. The rank sum test was used to compare the abdominal distension degree between the experimental group and the control group, and t test was used to compare the exhaust time and abdominal circumference between the groups. Results: The abdominal circumference of the experimental group on 4 and 5 days after treatment was lower than that of the control group, the abdominal distension the 2 nd, 4 th and 5 th day was better than that of the control group, and the exhaust time from the 1 st to 5 th day was shorter than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Radish seed foment package on Shenque can effectively reduce the degree of abdominal distension in patients with noninvasive ventilation and abdominal distension, reduce the abdominal circumference, and shorten the exhaust time of patients.更多还原
