关键影响因素耦合作用下混凝土低温弹性模量试验研究

【摘要】 通过混凝土的低温轴压试验系统地探讨作用的低温(-40~-180℃)和混凝土的含水率(1.5%~5.5%)、强度等级(C30、C40和C50)等3个关键因素对混凝土低温弹性模量的影响。结果表明,低温作用下混凝土的弹性模量有较大幅度的提升,各关键影响因素间存在明显的耦合作用关系。作用的低温越低以及混凝土的含水率越高、强度等级越低时,混凝土弹性模量提升的幅度越大。由试验结果拟合给出的混凝土低温弹性模量关于作用的低温以及混凝土的含水率、强度等级等3个关键影响因素的耦合作用关系式可为低温储罐类混凝土结构的设计和安全性能评估提供参考。

【Abstract】 The influence of three key factors, including cryogenic temperatures(-40℃to-180℃), concrete water contents(1.5%to 5.5%)and concrete strength grades(C30,C40 andC50), on the cryogenic temperature elasticmodulus of concrete is systematically discussed through the cryogenic temperature axial compression test.The test results show that the elastic modulus of concrete increases greatly at cryogenic temperature, and the coupling effect among these key factors is obvious.The lower the cryogenic temperature and the higher the concrete water content and the lower the concrete strength grade, the greater the increase in concrete elastic modulus.The coupling function of the cryogenic temperature elastic modulus of concrete with respect to cryogenic temperature, concrete water content and strength grade can provide reference for the design and safety performance evaluation of the such concrete structures as cryogenic temperature storage tanks.
