【摘要】 目的探讨清单管理法在变应性鼻炎患儿皮下特异性免疫治疗管理中的应用。方法选取2018年1月—2020年12月于医院行皮下特异性免疫治疗(AIT)变应性鼻炎(AR)患儿320例,按照组间基线资料可比的原则分为对照组和观察组,各160例,对照组行常规健康宣教,观察组通过发放清单管理法对其实施健康指导,比较两组治疗依从性、自我效能、治疗效果及生活质量改善情况。结果观察组干预后治疗依从性评分、自我效能总评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后临床症状评分及儿童鼻-结膜炎相关生活质量评分(PRQLQ)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清单管理法可提高AR儿童自我效能及AIT治疗依从性,从而减轻患儿临床症状,改善患儿生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of inventory management in the management of subcutaneous specific immunotherapy in children with allergic rhinitis. Methods A total of 320 children with allergic rhinitis(AR)received subcutaneous specific immunotherapy(AIT) in hospital from January 2018 to December 2020, according to the principle of comparability of baseline data between groups they were divided into control group and observation group, with 160 cases in each group. The control group received routine health education, the observation group received health guidance by issuing inventory management method. The two groups were compared in terms of treatment compliance, self-eficacy, treatment effect and quality of life improvement. Results After intervention, the observation group treatment compliance score and total self-eficacy score were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After intervention, the clinical symptom score and children nasal-conjunctivitis related quality of life score(PRQLQ) of observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Inventory management could improve the self-eficacy of AR children and AIT treatment compliance, so as to reduce clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of children.更多还原
