【摘要】 目的探讨精神分裂症患者自我管理能力及相关影响因素。方法选择2018年1月-2019年11月医院收治的恢复期精神分裂症患者120例为研究对象,采用精神分裂症自我管理量表(SSMIS)进行评分,以SSMIS=60分为界限,将SSMIS<60分的45例患者作为自我管理能力差组(病例组),SSMIS≥60分的75例患者作为自我管理能力良好组(对照组)。分析影响精神分裂症患者自我管理能力的相关因素。结果 SSMIS量表总分78.47±4.15分,各维度得分中自我效能最高、利用社会资源和支持最低。单因素分析显示,不同年龄、文化程度、病程、住院次数、家属照顾次数的患者,其SSMIS得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,住院次数是影响患者自我管理能力的危险因素(P<0.05),而家属照顾是保护因素(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者自我管理能力有待提高,且与多种因素密切相关,可采取对应措施提高患者的自我管理水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the self-management ability and related influencing factors in patients with schizophrenia. Methods To select 120 patients with convalescent schizophrenia admitted in the hospital from January 2018 to November 2019 as the study object, the study objects were scored by taking the schizophrenia self-management scale(SSMIS) and SSMIS=60 point was set as the critical value. 45 patients whose SSMIS< 60 point was taken as the poor self-management ability group( case group), 75 patients whose SSMIS≥ 60 point was taken as the good self-management ability group( control group). To analyze the relevant factors that effect the self-management ability in patients with schizophrenia. Results The total score of the SSMIS scale was 78.47±4.15 point, among the scores of each dimension, the self-efficacy was the highest, the use of social resources and support was the lowest. Univariate analysis showed that, compared the SSMIS scores of patients with different ages, education levels, duration of illness, number of hospitalizations and number of family cares, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that, the number of hospitalizations was a risk factor affecting patients’ self-management ability(P<0.05), while family care was a protective factor(P<0.05). Conclusion The self-management ability in patients with schizophrenia needs to be improved and it was closely related with various factors. Corresponding measures should be taken to improve the self-management level of patients.更多还原
