【摘要】 目的探讨建立质量控制体系对医院护理安全管理中的作用。方法选取2018年7月—2019年6月医院未建立质量控制体系前的护理人员200名作为对照组,2019年7月—2020年6月建立质量控制体系后的护理人员200名作为实验组。比较两组护理安全管理、消毒隔离管理、急救物品管理、护理技术达标率、患者满意度。结果对照组护理查对制度、安全用药评分低于实验组,无菌物品管理、医疗废物管理、病区环境管理评分低于实验组,急救物品管理、患者满意度评分及护理技术达标率低于实验组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论质量控制体系建立可提高护理安全管理、消毒隔离管理质量及患者满意度,建立良好的医患关系,为医院护理安全管理的全面发展提供保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the role of establishing a quality control system in hospital nursing safety management was set as the subject. Methods A total of 200 nursing staff before the establishment of the quality control system in the hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 were selected as a control group, and another 200 nursing staff after the establishment of the quality control system from July 2019 to June 2020 were selected as an experimental group to compare the nursing safety management, disinfection and isolation management, emergency supplies management, nursing technology compliance rate, and patient’s satisfaction between the two groups. Results The scores of nursing check system and safe medication in the control group were lower than those of the experimental group, the scores of sterile material management, medical waste management, and ward environmental management were also lower than those of the experimental group, the emergency supplies management, patient’s satisfaction score, and nursing technology compliance rate were lower than those of the experimental group, and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The establishment of a quality control system can improve the quality of nursing safety management, disinfection and isolation management and patient’s satisfaction, establish a good doctor-patient relationship, and provide a guarantee for the overall development of hospital nursing safety management.更多还原
